Travel OR RN in Kansas City, MO

A Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse will support surgical care in an acute care hospital for a 13-week contract in Kansas City, Missouri. The unit has 18 operating rooms, uses Meditech, and serves a Level I trauma center.

• Prepare the operating room for surgical cases
• Assist with intraoperative nursing care across a broad surgical mix
• Support cardiac, trauma, orthopedic, neurosurgical, urologic, gynecologic, and robotic cases
• Maintain sterile technique and patient safety throughout procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and the surgical team
• Document care in Meditech

• Active Missouri Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Operating room nursing experience
• Sterile technique and perioperative patient care skills
