Travel OR RN in Indianapolis, IN

A Travel Transplant Operating Room Registered Nurse will assist with abdominal transplant surgeries in a hospital on a 13-week contract in Indianapolis, Indiana. The unit serves adults and geriatrics and uses Cerner charting.

• Prepare the operating room for abdominal transplant cases
• Assist during kidney, pancreas, liver, and intestinal procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and surgical safety standards
• Handle specimens and labeling during transplant cases
• Set up instruments and support case turnover
• Communicate with the surgical team throughout procedures

• Active Indiana Registered Nurse license or compact license at start
• BLS certification
• 3 years of operating room or transplant experience
• Regulatory charting for transplant procedures
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• Cerner charting system experience
• Scrub transplant surgery experience
• Robotic surgery experience
• Pediatric transplant exposure
