Travel OR Circulate RN in Sitka, AK

A Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse will support circulating care in an operating room in Sitka, Alaska, on a 13-week contract. It handles elective and emergency abdominal, thoracic, urology, ENT, plastic, orthopedic, vascular, and OB/GYN cases.

• Prepare the operating room and circulating setup for surgical cases
• Coordinate patient flow and case progression throughout the day
• Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers during elective and emergency procedures
• Maintain aseptic technique and support a safe sterile field
• Document intraoperative nursing care and case information
• Support turnover, equipment readiness, and response to surgical emergencies

• Active Alaska Registered Nurse license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years operating room experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications

• Critical access hospital operating room experience
• Rural operating room experience
