Travel OB/GYN RN in Andalusia, AL

A Travel OB/GYN Registered Nurse will provide women's services care in a hospital unit on a 13-week contract in Andalusia, Alabama. The role supports labor, delivery, postpartum, antepartum, triage, and Level 1 nursery care, with fetal monitoring and newborn assessment.

• Assess and document patient conditions during obstetric care
• Administer medications and perform clinical treatments
• Circulate for C-sections and assist with deliveries
• Monitor mothers and newborns during recovery and postpartum care
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery
• Coordinate transfers, discharge, referrals, and interdisciplinary communication
• Provide ADL assistance and emotional support

• Alabama RN license or multistate RN license
• ACLS, BLS, NRP, STABLE, and AWHONN certifications
• 2 years recent RN Level 1 Nursery, Postpartum, OB/GYN, and L&D/LDRP experience
• Experience with antepartum, triage, labor and delivery, and postpartum care
