Travel NICU RN in Spokane, WA

A Travel Neonatal Intensive Care Registered Nurse will care for neonates in a neonatal intensive care unit on a 13-week contract in Spokane, Washington. This teaching hospital is a short term acute care hospital with Level II trauma and Level II pediatric trauma designation, Epic charting, a 61-bed unit, and typical ratios of 1:1 to 1:3; first-time travelers are welcome.

• Provide bedside care for neonates with complex respiratory and developmental needs
• Manage ventilator support, CPAP, HFNC, and oxygen delivery systems
• Administer neonatal medications, blood products, IV therapy, and line care
• Monitor vital signs, telemetry, glucose, thermoregulation, and invasive lines
• Assist with sepsis workups, lumbar punctures, chest tubes, and post-surgical care
• Support feedings, breast milk handling, and family teaching
• Document assessments and interventions in Epic

• Washington Registered Nurse license
• BLS and NRP
• 2 years of NICU experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
