Travel NICU RN in Santa Rosa, CA

A Travel Neonatal Intensive Care Registered Nurse will care for neonates in a NICU at an acute care hospital in Santa Rosa, California on a 13-week contract. The unit has 12 beds, 3 rooms, and an average daily census of 3 to 6 with Epic charting. It supports delivery attendance, stabilization, and transfer care for very premature newborns.

• Attend high-risk deliveries and newborn admissions
• Provide neonatal resuscitation and stabilization
• Monitor infants on respiratory support and oxygen delivery systems
• Administer medications, IV therapy, blood products, and neonatal therapies
• Manage feedings, phototherapy, thermoregulation, and glucose monitoring
• Support family teaching, developmental care, and line and tube management

• California Registered Nurse license
• BLS and NRP
• 3 years of Level III NICU experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Neonatal care, assessment, and resuscitation skills
• Neonatal medication, IV, and feeding management skills
