Travel NICU RN in Newburyport, MA

A Travel Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will care for premature and low-birth-weight newborns in a special care nursery on a 13-week contract in Newburyport, Massachusetts. The unit uses Epic charting and provides cardiac monitoring for medically fragile infants in a hospital setting.

• Monitor premature and low-birth-weight newborns
• Assess vital signs and document changes in Epic
• Manage cardiac monitoring and respond to alarms
• Administer medications and ordered neonatal treatments
• Support respiratory care and feeding plans
• Collaborate with the team on infant care plans
• Educate families on newborn needs and progress

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• NRP certification
• Experience in a special care nursery
• Level 1B nursery experience
• Epic charting experience
