Travel NICU RN in Nashville, TN

A Travel Neonatal Intensive Care Registered Nurse will care for critically ill newborns in a hospital neonatal intensive care unit on a 12-week contract in Nashville, Tennessee. The unit has 60 beds, patient ratios of 2:1 to 3:1, no tech support, and uses Meditech and Centricity Perinatal with Philips monitors.

• Assess neonatal patients and monitor changes in condition
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and ordered treatments
• Support respiratory care, feeding, and thermoregulation
• Document care accurately and communicate updates to the team
• Respond to emergencies and assist with stabilization
• Educate and support families during the care process

• Current Tennessee Registered Nurse license
• BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications
• Previous NICU experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Strong neonatal assessment and critical care skills
