Travel NICU RN in Idaho Falls, ID

A Travel RN NICU Registered Nurse will provide care for newborns in a hospital NICU on a 13-week contract in Idaho Falls, Idaho. The unit cares for high-acuity infants in a Level III setting with ratios from 1:1 to 1:3 and uses neonatal charting, lab, and order systems.

• Provide direct care for critically ill newborns
• Monitor central lines and change fluids daily
• Manage noninvasive ventilation support for infants
• Care for post-surgical infants with ostomies and Broviac catheters
• Assist with bedside GI surgery, central line placement, and chest tube insertion
• Communicate with parents and collaborate with the care team

• Registered Nurse license in Idaho
• NRP certification
• STABLE certification
• Neonatal intensive care clinical skills
• Central line and fluid management skills
• Noninvasive ventilation support experience

• Invasive ventilation experience
