Travel NICU RN in Asheville, NC

A Travel Neonatal Intensive Care Registered Nurse will provide care for critically ill newborns in a hospital neonatal intensive care unit on a 13-week contract in Asheville, North Carolina. The unit has 51 beds, uses Cerner, and manages patient ratios from 1:1 to 1:4.

• Assess newborn condition and respond to changes in status
• Monitor respiratory support, vital signs, and ongoing therapies
• Administer medications and document care accurately
• Collaborate with the neonatal team on daily care plans
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharge preparation for infants

• Current North Carolina Registered Nurse license
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• Level III or higher NICU experience, 2 years or more
• STABLE certification
• NIC-RNC certification
