Travel Neuro ICU RN in Englewood, CO

A Travel Neuro ICU Registered Nurse will provide care in an acute care hospital in Englewood, Colorado, on a 13-week contract. The 18-bed neuro CCU/ICU uses Meditech and typical ratios are 1:2, caring for complex neurocritical patients.

• Monitor neurocritical patients and respond to changes in neurologic and hemodynamic status
• Titrate infusions, ventilatory support and other bedside therapies
• Assist with intubations, central line placement and neuro procedures
• Support care for external ventricular drains, lumbar drains and continuous EEG monitoring
• Perform assessments, medication administration and documentation in Meditech
• Collaborate with the charge nurse and care team to coordinate daily care

• Colorado Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS and NIHSS
• Minimum 1 year of current ICU experience

• Experience with neuro population
