Travel MRI Tech in San Antonio, TX

A Travel MRI Technologist will perform inpatient and emergency department MRI exams in a hospital setting on a 13-week contract in San Antonio, Texas. The unit uses Siemens Sola and Meditech and supports critical care patients with brain, spine, and general MRI studies.

• Perform MRI exams for inpatient and emergency department patients
• Prepare patients and screen for scan safety before imaging
• Operate MRI equipment and select imaging protocols
• Position patients to capture high-quality brain, spine, and general studies
• Monitor images for quality and repeat sequences as needed
• Document exam details in the charting system
• Work closely with the radiology team to support timely imaging

• ARRT (MR) or MRIT credential
• 2 or more years of MRI experience
• Hospital experience with critical care patients

• Overnight MRI experience
• Experience with pacemakers
