Travel MRI Tech in Salem, VA

A Travel MRI Technologist will provide MRI imaging services in an acute care hospital unit on a 13-week contract in Salem, Virginia. The unit uses GE equipment with Meditech and GE PACS, and the hospital has trauma level 2 and stroke designation.

• Perform MRI exams according to protocol
• Prepare patients and explain imaging procedures
• Operate MRI equipment and support image quality
• Screen patients and maintain MRI safety practices
• Document studies in the imaging record
• Coordinate with imaging and clerical staff

• ARRT certification
• BLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program
