Travel MRI Tech in New York

A Travel MRI Tech Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist will scan inpatient, ICU and ER patients in a hospital on a 13-week contract in Albany, New York. Epic charting and routine MRI work on 2 scanners support the assignment.

• Perform routine MRI exams for inpatient, ICU and ER patients
• Position and prepare patients for imaging
• Operate MRI scanners and obtain quality images
• Complete studies independently using routine protocols
• Monitor patient comfort and safety during scans
• Document exams and coordinate with the care team

• 3 years of MRI experience with independent scanning
• New York State license with injection privileges
• ARMRIT certification
• BLS certification
