Travel Medical Lab Tech in Lincoln City, OR

A Travel Medical Laboratory Technician will perform diagnostic laboratory testing in a critical access hospital on a 13-week contract in Lincoln City, Oregon. The role supports inpatient, emergency, outpatient, and clinic specimens in a Level IV trauma setting.

• Process blood, body fluid, and tissue specimens for diagnostic testing
• Perform laboratory testing for inpatient, emergency, outpatient, and clinic samples
• Support antibody identification and emergency blood banking work
• Operate automated laboratory analyzers and verify results
• Document testing activities and results in Epic
• Follow quality control and laboratory procedures

• ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Laboratory Technician
• 1 year of laboratory experience
• Epic charting experience
• Antibody identification experience
• Emergency blood banking experience
• Automated chemistry analyzer experience
