Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Nashville, TN

A Travel Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide inpatient care on a 28-bed hospital unit in Nashville, Tennessee for a 13-week contract. The unit uses Meditech charting and supports telemetry monitoring, wound care support, and assistive mobility equipment.

• Assess med-surg and telemetry patients and respond to changes in condition
• Administer medications and IV therapy using pumps and medication dispensing cabinets
• Place and maintain IVs and Foley catheters as needed
• Monitor telemetry data and coordinate care with the team
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and wound care needs
• Document care accurately in the charting system

• Current Tennessee Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Strong assessment skills
• Experience with IV pumps
• Experience with medication dispensing cabinets

• NIH certification
• CPI certification
