Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Milton, MA

A Travel Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse will care for surgical and medical patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Milton, Massachusetts. The unit uses Epic and serves a wide variety of surgical patients with overflow medical patients. Telemetry care is part of the unit's routine.

• Provide direct care for medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret telemetry strips
• Administer medications and carry out ordered treatments
• Assess patients and report changes in condition promptly
• Document care in Epic and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Support safe discharge planning and patient education

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• 2+ years of recent acute medical-surgical telemetry nursing experience
• Basic Life Support certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification
• Epic experience
