Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Milton, MA

A Travel Medical Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide direct inpatient care in an acute care hospital on an 8-week contract in Milton, Massachusetts. The role supports a medical surgical telemetry unit where nurses interpret rhythm strips and document in Epic.

• Assess medical surgical telemetry patients and update care plans
• Monitor rhythm strips and respond to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and carry out ordered treatments
• Document assessments, interventions, and responses in Epic
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team on patient needs
• Support safe handoff and continuity of care across the unit

• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• 2+ years recent acute medical surgical telemetry experience
• CPR and ACLS
• BLS
• Epic experience
