Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Greenville, SC

A Travel Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide care for adult medical, surgical, and cardiac telemetry patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Greenville, South Carolina. The 22-bed unit serves adults and geriatrics and uses Epic charting.

• Monitor telemetry and assess rhythm changes
• Deliver care for adult medical, surgical, and cardiac patients
• Administer medications and support IV, central line, and PICC care
• Assist with blood products, feeding tubes, wound care, and isolation precautions
• Manage cardiac drips without titration and support hemodialysis-related care
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team and respond to urgent changes

• South Carolina Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• 1 year of medical-surgical/telemetry nursing experience
• Epic charting experience
• Skills in dysrhythmia interpretation, IV therapy, and cardiac drip management
