Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Glens Falls, NY

A Travel Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide bedside care for adult and geriatric tele/cardiac patients in an acute care hospital unit on a 13-week contract in Glens Falls, New York. The unit has 16 beds, a 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, remote telemetry, and EPIC charting.

• Monitor and document cardiac rhythms
• Assess adult and geriatric telemetry patients
• Administer medications and support treatment plans
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Respond to changes in patient condition
• Provide patient education and discharge support

• Current New York Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification through AHA
• ACLS certification through AHA
• EPIC experience
