Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Boston, MA

A Travel Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide care in an acute care hospital on an 8-week contract in Boston, Massachusetts. The assignment supports patients across medical, cardiac and transplant service lines, with Epic charting and ratios around 4:1 by day and 6:1 by night. The hospital is Level I trauma and serves a broad medical surgical population.

• Provide inpatient medical surgical and telemetry care to adult patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes promptly
• Administer ordered nebulizers, infusions and other medications
• Obtain 12-lead EKGs and support blood transfusions
• Document care in Epic and coordinate with the care team

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS
• 3+ years of related RN experience
• Prior travel RN experience
• Epic experience
• Level I trauma experience

• Teaching hospital experience
• Broad medical surgical and telemetry expertise
