Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Boston, MA

A Travel Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide inpatient care in an acute care hospital on an 8-week contract in Boston, Massachusetts. It serves medical-surgical and telemetry patients with Epic charting, 4:1 to 6:1 ratios, and a teaching Level I trauma environment. The patient mix includes neurology, cardiac, oncology, transplant, and vascular care.

• Monitor telemetry and respond to rhythm changes
• Administer medications, infusions, and blood products
• Perform 12-lead EKGs and support cardiac assessments
• Manage Lasix drips and other ordered therapies
• Provide nebulizer treatments and coordinate respiratory support with RT
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in Epic

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• 3+ years of related medical-surgical or telemetry experience
• Level I trauma experience
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS
• Epic experience
• Prior travel nursing experience
