Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Bay City, MI

A Travel Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide direct inpatient care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Bay City, Michigan. The unit supports telemetry monitoring, IV therapy, wound care, and collaborative care planning.

• Assess patients on admission and track condition changes
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments
• Monitor telemetry and respond to signs of clinical deterioration
• Provide wound care and support use of specialized equipment
• Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and families on recovery, medications, and discharge instructions

• Michigan Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Core med surg and telemetry nursing skills, including medication administration, IV therapy, wound care, and patient education
