Travel Med Surg RN in Weatherford, TX

A Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse will provide nursing care on a medical-surgical hospital unit in Weatherford, Texas for a 13-week contract. The hospital has all private rooms and a Level IV trauma center and serves inpatient, outpatient, medical, surgical, and emergency care needs.

• Assess and monitor medical-surgical patients
• Administer medications and ordered treatments
• Coordinate care with physicians and the care team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
• Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns promptly

• Current Registered Nurse license in Texas
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• Strong assessment, documentation, and patient education skills
