Travel Med Surg RN in Spokane, WA

A Travel Medical Surgical Registered Nurse will care for adult med-surg and neuro patients in a hospital unit on a 16-week contract in Spokane, Washington. The unit uses Epic charting and runs 1:6 ratios. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Provide bedside care for adult medical-surgical and neuro patients
• Monitor neurologic status and report changes promptly
• Administer medications, fluids, oxygen, and prescribed therapies
• Support isolation precautions and infection control practices
• Assist with pre- and post-neurosurgery care
• Manage peripheral lines, nasal cannula, and non-invasive airway support
• Participate in rapid response and code team activities

• Washington Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• 2 years of Med/Surg experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Experience with CVA, spinal cord injury, and traumatic brain injury care
• Experience with peripheral line care, oxygen administration, and non-invasive airway management
