Travel Med Surg RN in Mishawaka, IN

A Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse will provide direct care on a medical unit in an acute care hospital in Mishawaka, Indiana for a 13-week contract.

• Assess patient status and respond to changes in condition
• Administer medications and ordered treatments
• Monitor vital signs and laboratory trends
• Coordinate care with the nursing team and providers
• Document assessments, interventions and patient responses
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge needs
• Support admissions, transfers and discharges

• Current Indiana Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support certification
• NIHSS certification
• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
