Travel Med Surg RN in Fort Bragg, CA

A Travel Medical Surgical Registered Nurse will provide coordinated nursing care for assigned patients in a hospital on a 13-week contract in Fort Bragg, California. The unit serves a mixed medical and surgical population in general acute care, with no more than 65% medical or 65% surgical patients.

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned medical and surgical patients
• Assess patient needs and update care plans using the nursing process
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition
• Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff as needed
• Coordinate care with physicians and other disciplines
• Use critical thinking and independent judgment to prioritize care
