Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Seattle, WA

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will support a high-risk labor and delivery unit in a hospital in Seattle, Washington on a 13-week contract. Epic charting and electronic fetal monitoring are used, and newborn care is part of the role. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Monitor labor progress and fetal heart patterns
• Assist with vaginal, cesarean, and assisted births
• Provide immediate newborn assessment and transition care
• Manage obstetric medications and infusions
• Circulate for cesarean delivery and support operating room care
• Document maternal and newborn care in Epic
• Support postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, and thermoregulation

• Washington Registered Nurse license or active compact license
• BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate
• 1 year of labor and delivery experience
• High-risk labor and delivery experience
• Epic charting system experience

• ACLS
• AWHONN Advanced
• Antepartum and mother/baby experience
• Previous charge experience
