Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Seattle, WA

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide high-acuity labor, delivery, and newborn care in an acute care hospital on a 26-week contract in Seattle, Washington. The unit is high-risk and high-volume, uses Epic charting, and first-time travelers are welcome.

• Support high-risk labor and delivery care
• Circulate for cesarean and operative vaginal births
• Provide newborn assessment, APGAR scoring, and thermoregulation support
• Monitor fetal heart patterns with electronic fetal monitoring
• Assist with postpartum and couplet care
• Administer ordered obstetric medications and therapies

• Washington Registered Nurse license or compact license
• BLS and NRP
• 3 years of high-acuity, high-paced labor and delivery experience
• Epic charting experience
• High-risk obstetric and newborn care experience

• ACLS
• AWHONN Advanced
• Obstetrical triage experience
• Nitrous oxide experience
