Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Santa Rosa, CA

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will care for laboring and postpartum patients in an acute care hospital during a 13-week contract in Santa Rosa, California. The unit serves neonates, adolescents, and adults, uses Epic, and works at a 1:3 ratio.

• Monitor labor progress and fetal heart patterns
• Assist with vaginal, cesarean, and operative deliveries
• Provide postpartum, newborn, and couplet care
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and blood products
• Support obstetric triage, patient education, and discharge teaching
• Respond to maternal and neonatal emergencies

• California Registered Nurse license
• 2 years of labor and postpartum experience
• ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, and NRP
• Epic charting experience

• Adult and infant/neonatal arrest experience
• Spiral electrode placement and IUPC placement and calibration
• Trauma Level II experience
