Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Polson, MT

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide obstetric care in a critical access hospital on a 13-week contract in Polson, Montana. The unit serves neonates, infants, and adults, has 3 rooms, uses Epic charting, and sees ratios from 1:1 to 1:6.

• Triage obstetrical patients
• Provide labor, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care
• Monitor fetal status during labor
• Assist with circulating C-sections
• Perform sterile vaginal exams
• Start IVs and document care in Epic

• Montana Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support and Neonatal Resuscitation Program
• 3 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience
• Obstetrical triage, sterile vaginal exams, and C-section circulation
• Epic charting system experience
• Prior travel experience

• Certified Lactation Counselor
• STABLE certification
