Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Bozeman, MT

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide obstetric nursing care in a hospital setting on a 13-week contract in Bozeman, Montana. The setting includes postpartum couplet care, circulating support, and fetal monitoring in a Level 3 trauma hospital.

• Assess labor and postpartum patients and respond to changes in condition
• Monitor fetal status and support electronic fetal monitoring
• Assist with circulating during labor and delivery procedures
• Provide patient and family education on birth and newborn care
• Collaborate with the care team to plan and implement nursing interventions
• Practice modified primary nursing in a busy obstetric unit

• Active Montana Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• Electronic fetal monitoring course completion or equivalent AWHONN-approved training
• 2 years labor and delivery experience
• Stroke education
• Ability to practice modified primary nursing
