Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Cambridge, MA

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide maternity care in an acute care hospital obstetrics delivery unit on a 13-week contract in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The unit supports about 2,600 births each year and uses Epic charting. Care is evidence-based and patient-centered.

• Assess laboring patients and fetal status
• Monitor contractions, labor progress, and maternal response
• Administer medications and support obstetric treatment plans
• Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries
• Respond to changes in maternal or fetal condition
• Collaborate with the care team and educate patients and families
• Document care accurately in the electronic record

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• 2+ years of labor and delivery experience
• BLS and ACLS
• NRP certification
• Advanced fetal monitoring certification
• Epic charting experience
