Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Atlanta, GA

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide care for labor, delivery, and recovery patients in an acute care hospital in Atlanta, Georgia on a 14-week contract. The unit cares for pregnancy, preeclampsia, diabetes, and preterm labor, and uses Cerner.

• Monitor labor and postpartum patients and respond to changes in condition
• Assist with admissions, assessments, and ongoing maternal-fetal care
• Support delivery, recovery, and newborn transition activities
• Administer ordered treatments and medications as directed
• Document care accurately in the electronic record
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team on patient plans

• Georgia Registered Nurse license
• AHA BLS
• NRP
• AWHONN
• 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience
• Cerner experience
