Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Asheville, NC

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will care for high-risk antepartum patients in a hospital unit on a 13-week contract in Asheville, North Carolina. The small 10-bed unit uses Cerner and FetaLink for fetal monitoring and documentation.

• Monitor maternal and fetal status for high-risk pregnancies
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections
• Support antepartum care for patients needing close observation
• Provide immediate newborn care after delivery
• Prepare patients and assist with D&C, cerclage, and C-hyst procedures
• Document nursing care in Cerner and FetaLink

• North Carolina Registered Nurse license
• 2+ years of Labor and Delivery experience
• High-risk pregnancy experience
• Immediate newborn care skills
• NRP, BLS, and ALS certification
• Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification

• Circulating experience
