Travel Interventional Radiology RN in California

A Travel Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse will support procedural care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Burbank, California. The unit serves adults and geriatrics and uses Meditech charting.

• Prepare patients for interventional radiology procedures
• Monitor sedation, vital signs, and hemodynamic status
• Assist with angiography, embolization, sheath removal, and vascular closure
• Start and maintain IV access and administer ordered medications
• Support pre-procedure and post-procedure assessment and recovery
• Maintain infection prevention, radiation safety, and emergency readiness

• California Registered Nurse license
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• 1 year of interventional radiology experience
• Procedural sedation monitoring, IV therapy, and dysrhythmia management

• Epic charting system experience
• Charge nurse experience
• Scrub procedures and endovascular interventions
