Travel ICU RN in West Hollywood, CA

A Travel Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will care for critically ill adults in a 13-week contract in West Hollywood, California. The 24-bed adult ICU uses Epic charting and serves adults and geriatrics.

• Provide critical care for adults and geriatrics in a high-acuity intensive care setting
• Monitor hemodynamics, ventilatory support, and neurologic status
• Manage arterial lines, central lines, vasoactive drips, sedation, and paralytics
• Administer blood products, IV medications, and insulin protocols
• Interpret ABGs, manage dysrhythmias, and respond to emergencies
• Collaborate with respiratory therapy, pharmacy, rapid response, and other support teams

• Active California Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• 2 years of ICU experience in a 400-bed or larger facility
• Teaching hospital experience
• Prior travel experience

• CCRN
• Pulmonary artery line/Swan Ganz monitoring, FloTrac/Vigileo monitoring, and ICP monitoring
• Transplant, EVD, and CRRT experience
• Epic charting system experience
