A Travel Resource Registered Nurse will coordinate adult-geriatric inpatient care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Keene, New Hampshire. The role uses Epic and supports med surg patients in a collaborative clinical setting.

• Coordinate adult-geriatric inpatient nursing care in a hospital
• Assess patients and update care plans as needed
• Administer medications and monitor responses closely
• Educate patients and families on care needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff across the unit
• Document assessments and interventions in Epic
• Support changing inpatient care needs with flexibility

• New Hampshire Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
