Travel Float RN in Coos Bay, OR

A Travel Float Registered Nurse will provide nursing care in an acute care hospital float pool in Coos Bay, Oregon on a 13-week contract. The role supports patients in the medical care, post surgical, and Intermediate Care Unit areas and calls for adaptable teamwork in changing assignments.

• Apply the nursing process to assigned patients
• Deliver bedside care across medical care, post surgical, and Intermediate Care Unit settings
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record
• Teach patients and families about care and discharge needs
• Coordinate treatment plans with the interdisciplinary team
• Respond to patient crises and emergency situations
• Adjust priorities as patient acuity and unit needs change

• Oregon Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification from AHA
• ACLS certification from AHA
