Travel Educator RN in Oxford, NC

A Travel RN Educator Registered Nurse will coordinate staff education and support direct patient care in a long-term care unit on an 11-week contract in Oxford, North Carolina. The role includes orientation, in-service education, annual skills days, and review of incidents, medication errors, and infections.

• Orient new nurses and nursing assistants to unit practices
• Plan and deliver staff education and in-service sessions
• Coordinate annual skills validation for nursing staff
• Review incidents and medication errors and support follow-up
• Monitor infection trends and reinforce safe care practices
• Assist with direct patient care when needed

• Current Registered Nurse license in North Carolina
