• Return patient callback requests and outbound calls
• Clarify lab result messages from providers
• Route questions back to the appropriate provider
• Support the callback queue and backlog management
• Document communication and follow-up actions accurately
• Provide phone-based coordination without bedside care

• Active Georgia Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
