Travel ED RN in Spokane, WA

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide high-acuity emergency care in a hospital in Spokane, Washington on a 13-week contract. This adult emergency department sees trauma, stroke, and cardiac cases and uses Epic. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Triage emergency patients and prioritize care
• Stabilize cardiac, stroke, trauma, and medical emergencies
• Administer IV sedation and monitor responses
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias
• Support STEMI, stroke, and trauma care pathways
• Coordinate transfers to cath lab, interventional radiology, operating room, or ICU
• Document care and communicate with the care team

• Washington Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC
• 2 years of emergency department experience
• Continuous IV sedation and dysrhythmia management skills
• Triage experience
• Accredited nursing program graduate

• Epic charting system experience
• Level I trauma center experience
• ICP monitoring experience
