Travel ED RN in Mason City, IA

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide care in an emergency room in Mason City, Iowa on a 13-week contract. The role supports rapid assessment, treatment, and stabilization of urgent and emergent patients in an acute care hospital.

• Triage patients and prioritize care based on acuity
• Assess, monitor, and reassess patients with urgent conditions
• Administer medications and support emergency interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team on treatment plans
• Document assessments, treatments, and responses to care
• Provide patient and family education during emergency visits
• Respond to changing conditions and support safe transfers or admissions

• Iowa Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certification
• NIHSS certification
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
