Travel ED RN in Manchester, NH

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency nursing care in an acute care hospital in Manchester, New Hampshire on a 12-week contract. The unit serves patients with multiple comorbidities, complex cardiac conditions, DKA, sepsis, trauma, stroke, and psychiatric needs. Sunrise/Allscripts charting and a 4:1 ratio support care in a fast-paced emergency department.

• Assess and triage emergency patients
• Initiate protocol-based workups, labs, EKGs, x-rays, and medications
• Provide care for trauma, stroke, psychiatric, and cardiopulmonary cases
• Assist with U/S IV insertion and IO insertion
• Support laceration repair and orthopedic trauma care
• Collaborate with the care team to stabilize patients

• Active New Hampshire Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• 2 years of emergency department experience in a hospital setting
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills

• One year of emergency department experience
• MOAB certification
• EKG interpretation experience
