Travel ED RN in Everett, WA

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency care in a freestanding unit in Everett, Washington on a 13-week contract. The unit serves adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, sees some pediatric patients, and uses Epic charting.

• Triage emergency patients and prioritize care
• Assist with procedural sedation and rapid sequence intubation support
• Manage tracheostomy care, breathing treatments, and feeding tubes
• Support central line, port, PICC line, and drain care
• Monitor ventilated patients, blood products, and dysrhythmias
• Prepare patients for cardioversion and defibrillation
• Obtain 12-lead ECGs and start IV access

• Washington Registered Nurse license or compact license
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS
• 2 years of emergency department experience
• Freestanding emergency department experience
• Epic charting system experience
