Travel ED RN in Derry, NH

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency care in a hospital setting on a 13-week contract in Derry, New Hampshire. The unit uses Meditech, maintains a 1:5 ratio, and serves trauma level 3 patients.

• Assess and prioritize emergency department patients
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition
• Assist with moderate sedation, central line placement, and chest tube placement
• Perform IV insertion, blood draws, point-of-care testing, and EKGs
• Support respiratory treatments and other urgent interventions
• Document care in Meditech and communicate with patients and families

• Active New Hampshire Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS
• PALS or ENPC
• TNCC
• CPI within 30 days of hire
• 2-3 years of emergency department experience
