About this job

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide charge-level emergency care in a critical access hospital on a 13-week contract in Colebrook, New Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead charge nursing operations for the emergency department
  • Assess and treat patients with urgent and emergent needs
  • Support care for stepdown and med/surg patients as needed
  • Monitor patient condition and respond to changes in status
  • Coordinate with providers and nursing staff to support safe care
  • Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes
  • Follow emergency care protocols and unit workflows

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of emergency room experience
  • Charge nursing experience
  • Experience in a critical access hospital
  • New Hampshire Registered Nurse license or compact license
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NRP
