Travel ED RN in Clare, MI

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care in the emergency department on a 13-week contract in Clare, Michigan. The unit serves acutely ill and non-acute patients, with triage, assessments, and physician-assisted procedures in an acute care hospital setting.

• Triage patients and obtain histories, vital signs, and assessments
• Provide direct care for acutely ill and non-acute patients
• Initiate immediate care in life-threatening situations
• Assist physicians with procedures and emergency interventions
• Process provider orders and follow up on medication changes
• Educate patients and families on discharge and follow-up care
• Evaluate treatment response and revise care plans with the team

• Michigan Registered Nurse license
• TNCC
• BLS (AHA)
