Travel ED RN in Augusta, GA

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will support patients in a CDU at an acute care hospital in Augusta, Georgia, for a 13-week contract. The unit has 12 beds, a 1:6 patient ratio, Meditech charting, and 1 PCT for 12 patients.

• Assess and monitor patients in the CDU
• Administer medications and ordered treatments
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments and interventions in Meditech
• Respond to changes in condition and escalate concerns
• Prepare patients for discharge and reinforce instructions
• Support unit flow and patient safety

• Georgia Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
