Travel ED RN in Asheville, NC

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide care in an emergency care center on a 13-week contract in Asheville, North Carolina. The unit uses Cerner, typically staffs 4:1, and serves a Level II trauma center and comprehensive stroke center.

• Assess and triage patients across the emergency department
• Monitor cardiac, neurologic, and behavioral health patients
• Administer medications, fluids, and IV therapies
• Support trauma, stroke, and cardiac care workflows
• Collaborate with techs, clerks, and the care team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient response in Cerner

• Active North Carolina Registered Nurse license
• 2 years of nursing experience, including 1 year in an emergency department
• Experience in a Level II trauma center and comprehensive stroke center
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS before start
• ENPC within 90 days of hire
